GUI Z Return & Refund Policy

At GUI Z, every piece of our handmade jewellery is crafted with sincerity. We have established the following policy to ensure fairness and clarity for all customers.

  1. Return & Exchange Window (15 Days) We accept returns and exchanges for non-customized products within 15 days of the delivery date. If 15 days have passed since your package was delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

  2. Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria: The item is in brand-new condition, unworn, and unused. The item is in its original packaging with all tags intact. The item is a Standard Product (not customized, blessed, or resized).

  3. Non-Returnable Items Due to the nature of our products (hygiene and spiritual integrity), the following items are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged: Customized products (made to specific wrist sizes or personalized requests). Items that have been blessed or adjusted specifically for you. Items resized or repaired by a third party. Items with obvious signs of use or damage.

  4. Damaged in Transit: If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damaged item and the original packaging. We will assist you with a replacement or refund. This specific condition applies regardless of our general rule regarding damaged items.
  5. Shipping Costs For personal reasons (e.g., "change of mind" or "style preference"), the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  6. Refund Process Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 business days. Please note that original shipping costs and any non-refundable transaction fees charged by third-party payment providers (such as PayPal or Stripe) will be deducted from your total refund amount. If you requested an exchange, the new item will be shipped after we receive the returned parcel.

  7. How to Submit a Request Please contact us before sending any items back. Parcels sent without prior approval will not be accepted. We will provide the return address after reviewing your request.After shipping the returned item, please reply to our email with the return tracking number so we can track the parcel and process your refund timely.
