Thank you for choosing GUI Z. To ensure the smooth delivery of your jewellery, please read the following shipping terms carefully:

1. Order Processing Time

  · Standard Processing: Orders are typically dispatched within 1-3 business days.

  · Peak Periods: During promotional events or peak seasons, processing time may extend to 3 business days due to high order volume.

  · Special Items: Customized or specifically handled items may require additional processing time.

Confirmation Notification: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number.

Order Cut-off Time: Our daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM (GMT+8). Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Timeframes (For Reference Only)
We provide shipping services to most countries worldwide. Please note that the following timeframes are estimates only and do not serve as a final guarantee of delivery time:

  · Standard International Shipping (Normal Conditions): Estimated 7-15 business days.

  · Special Circumstances: During peak logistics seasons, global policy updates, or customs delays, delivery may take 10-15 business days.

  ·  Disclaimer: GUI Z is not legally responsible for delivery delays caused by uncontrollable factors such as customs clearance, extreme weather, or carrier strikes. However, we will actively assist you in tracking and inquiring about your parcel.

Shipping Fees: We offer Free Standard Shipping for all orders delivered to the United States.

Origin of Shipment: Please note that all our packages are dispatched directly from our facility located in Chengdu, China.

3. Order Modifications and Cancellations

  · Pre-Dispatch: If your order has not yet entered the shipping process, we will modify your information or cancel the order in a timely manner. Please contact us immediately at: guizhen008@gmail.com.

  · Post-Dispatch: Once an order has been shipped, we no longer support any information modifications or order cancellations.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Customer Responsibility: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees, which are the sole responsibility of the customer (recipient).

  · Pricing Note: These charges are not included in the product price, and we cannot estimate these specific amounts in advance.

  · Refusal to Pay: If a parcel is returned due to a refusal to pay customs duties, the order is not eligible for a refund.


5. Logistics Anomalies and Contact Information
  · Address Responsibility: Please verify your shipping address during checkout. GUI Z is not responsible for parcels that cannot be delivered or are returned due to incomplete/incorrect addresses or inability to contact the recipient; any costs for re-shipping must be borne by the customer.

  · Missing Parcels: If you have not received your parcel 15 business days after the order has been shipped, or if the tracking information has not been updated for a long time, please contact us.
